Spectrum Bleeds Back

Thought there on a city beach

Maybe I am alright

All the fear and the misery

All my excuses despite

Never did any good

Though my faith was always strong

Just want to love

Be happy

Sand beneath my feet

An ever rising tide

Colors so vivid

I couldn't hide

At the end of my rope

The end of a leash

Amazing

Now I can see

Didn't think it would ever change

When you're lost everything looks the same

Couldn't paint what I couldn't see

Couldn't see past the edge of the frame

Didn't think it would ever change

I was lost in white and black

Now I paint with a different brush

And now the spectrum bleeds back

Now the spectrum bleeds back

I remember driving to

A place that I called home

Doesn't really feel that way

When you're in there alone

How things have changed

Didn't think it would ever change

When you're lost everything looks the same

Couldn't paint what I couldn't see

Couldn't see past the edge of the frame

Didn't think it would ever change

I was lost in white and black

Now I paint with a different brush

And now the spectrum bleeds back

Now the spectrum bleeds back

Didn't think it would ever change

Couldn't paint what I couldn't see

Couldn't see past the edge of the frame

Didn't think it would ever change

I was lost now I'm not going back

Now I paint with a different brush

And now the spectrum bleeds back

Oh now the spectrum bleeds back

Now the spectrum bleeds back

Oh now the spectrums bleeds back

Now the spectrum bleeds back

Thought there on a city beach

I am alright
